Located in Louisville, Kentucky, SD Property Rentals is a small but growing multi-family rental business that is the creation of David and Shiela Rhoads. We have been wanting and preparing to get involved in multi-family real estate and property management business for several years, and we finally made the decision to take the leap in 2021. We also own a Public Storage in Jeffersonville Indiana.
